Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the company's daily financial transactions.
Manage and oversee Sales, Purchase, Cash, Bank, and General Ledger (GL) operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
Monitor and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Perform bank transactions and ensure timely Bank Reconciliation.
Reconcile Payment Gateway settlements and Courier Cash on Delivery (COD) collections.
Verify and maintain financial records related to online sales, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Reconcile financial data across multiple e-commerce platforms and prepare accurate financial reports.
Assist in preparing VAT, Tax, and other statutory financial documents.
Support monthly financial closing activities and ensure timely completion.
Provide financial data and documentation required for internal and external audits.
Monitor inventory movements and prepare stock-related financial reports.
Conduct cost and expense analysis to support management decision-making.
Verify the financial accuracy of product purchases, sales, and inventory transactions.
