The Assistant Factory Manager will work closely with the Factory Manager to ensure smooth production, maintain product quality, supervise factory personnel, and improve operational efficiency.
✔ Assist in planning and supervising daily production activities.
✔ Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion.
✔ Coordinate with production, maintenance, commercial, and HR departments.
✔ Ensure quality standards and food safety regulations are maintained.
✔ Supervise factory workers and monitor attendance and productivity.
✔ Prepare production reports and maintain operational records.

✔ Identify production issues and recommend practical solutions.
