- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Brand Management and Marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Proven expertise in New Product Development (NPD), Brand Management, Product Positioning, and Business Expansion.
- Strong understanding of HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés), Modern Trade, General Trade, and Institutional Sales channels.
- Hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, product launch plans, market penetration initiatives, and brand-building campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of market research, consumer insights, competitor analysis, and brand performance evaluation.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical thinking, and business development skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with marketing analytics tools or ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Brand & Business Development Manager to lead brand growth, new product development, market expansion, and integrated marketing initiatives while driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market presence, enhance brand equity, and achieve business objectives.
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, including market research, product concept development, positioning, launch planning, commercialization, and post-launch performance evaluation.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement market expansion strategies by exploring new customer segments, sales channels, and geographic markets.
- Prepare and execute strategic business development plans to increase revenue, market share, and long-term profitability.
- Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to maximize brand awareness, customer engagement, and product sales.
- Develop channel-specific marketing strategies for HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés), Modern Trade, General Trade, and Institutional Sales.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Trade Marketing, Research & Development (R&D), Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure successful product launches and business growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage brand communication, advertising, ATL/BTL campaigns, promotional activities, digital marketing initiatives, and marketing budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key business partners, modern trade chains, institutional clients, HORECA customers, and other strategic stakeholders.
- Monitor marketing effectiveness through KPIs, sales performance analysis, ROI measurement, and market intelligence reports, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Prepare business reports, marketing presentations, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Ensure all branding, communication, and marketing activities remain consistent with the company's vision, brand guidelines, and business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, consumer insights, and industry best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Perform any other brand management and business development responsibilities assigned by management.
