Responsibilities & Context

Job Context
Unicorn Properties Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee its Administration and Human Resources functions. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring strict HR compliance, and collaborating with management to support the company's organizational goals.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and personnel documentation.

  • Prepare and maintain payroll records while supporting monthly salary processing.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and internal disciplinary matters.

  • Maintain office assets, handle vendor coordination, manage procurement, and organize administrative records.

  • Coordinate with management regarding organizational planning and employee performance evaluations.

  • Process and manage customer booking forms, ensuring all provided information is complete and accurate.

  • Coordinate the execution and signing of Deeds of Agreement and other necessary legal documents with clients.

  • Collect booking fees, installment payments, and other receivables while keeping precise financial records.

  • Follow up on due and overdue installment payments to ensure timely collections.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Legal teams to streamline customer onboarding and transaction processing.

  • Maintain organized customer files, project documentation, agreements, payment histories, and related correspondence.

  • Ensure all customer documentation complies strictly with company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports on bookings, collections, pending documents, and client status.
