We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Associate Product Manager to lead the strategic planning, development, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Developers, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver high-quality digital products that enhance user experience and achieve business objectives.
✔ Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap by balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
✔ Prioritize product features based on business value, customer impact, technical dependencies, and resource availability.
✔ Apply prioritization frameworks such as RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort) to optimize feature planning.
✔ Balance the development of new features with technical debt reduction and platform stability.
✔ Work closely with UX/UI Designers to transform product requirements into intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
✔ Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Sales, and Business teams to ensure alignment on product goals and delivery timelines.
✔ Participate in design reviews, product discussions, and strategic planning sessions while providing business-focused feedback.
✔ Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
