Experience
Technical Diploma in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
3–7 years of experience operating and maintaining blown film extrusion equipment in plastic manufacturing.
Strong technical expertise in blown film extrusion setups, operations, and troubleshooting.
Excellent mechanical aptitude to diagnose and fix machinery issues.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents.
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, quality control standards, and preventive maintenance.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills.
Basic computer literacy for logging production reports and operational documentation.
