Skydo is urgently hiring a dynamic and personable Client & Vendor Relations Executive for the night shift, requiring an immediate joiner with fluent English communication skills. This role plays a key part in building and maintaining strong client and vendor relationships, facilitating clear communication, and upholding high service efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain robust client and vendor relationships through consistent communication and engagement.

• Serve as the main point of contact to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and meet stakeholder requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee prompt and accurate service delivery.

• Negotiate vendor contracts and agreements to obtain optimal commercial terms.

• Track and assess vendor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual agreements.

• Generate and present progress reports, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations.

• Identify operational gaps and execute strategies to boost client and vendor satisfaction.

• Support seamless onboarding and integration for new clients and vendors.
