We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive, and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional support by handling customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards while managing customer interactions through inbound calls and company support systems.
✔ Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
✔ Respond to customer enquiries by providing accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
✔ Receive customer complaints, record them accurately in the system, and ensure they are routed to the appropriate department for resolution.
✔ Keep customers informed about the progress and resolution of their complaints through timely follow-up and effective communication.
✔ Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot basic service-related issues, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex cases when necessary.
✔ Resolve customer service problems efficiently while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.
✔ Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, complaint details, and follow-up activities within the company's CRM or customer service system.
✔ Adhere to organizational policies, service standards, and call quality guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support.
✔ Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction goals by delivering courteous, efficient, and solution-oriented service during every customer interaction.
