Key Responsibilities:
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on the company's Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in software applications, websites, and Microsoft Excel.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through social media pages and inboxes.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and appropriate assistance.
Keep social media content, product information, and customer records up to date.
Verify the accuracy and consistency of all data before submission or updating.
Prepare daily or weekly work reports as required by the management.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned in accordance with the company's policies and operational requirements.
