Responsibilities & Context

  • Candidates should possess strong Business Development and Sales skills to support membership growth and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess experience in Sales Operations and Customer Service to manage member accounts efficiently and ensure a high standard of stakeholder support.
  • Candidates should possess proven Team Management capabilities to guide accounting staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain collaborative workflows.
  • Candidates should possess solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel), along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Bangla language skills are an advantage.
  • Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) are highly beneficial.
  • Candidates should possess prior experience in chamber, association, non-profit, or corporate finance roles; experience in international trade or business organizations is a plus.
