• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective industrial clients.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ETP, WTP, STP, wastewater treatment, and industrial machinery sectors.

• Generate new leads and expand the customer base through direct visits, networking, referrals, and market research.

• Visit factories, industrial facilities, and project sites to assess clients’ technical and commercial requirements.

• Promote and sell water treatment equipment and industrial solutions, including ETP/WTP/STP machinery, pumps, dosing systems, flow meters, online analyzers, air blowers, filter presses, cooling towers, and related equipment.

• Understand customer needs and collaborate with the technical team to recommend appropriate and cost-effective solutions.

• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and other necessary sales documentation.

• Manage the complete sales process, from initial inquiry and quotation to negotiation and final order confirmation.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure effective post-sales support and follow-up.

• Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, customer demands, and emerging business opportunities.

• Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, sales forecasts, and other required performance updates.

• Coordinate with Project, Service, Procurement, Accounts, and other relevant teams for smooth execution of customer orders and projects.

• Participate in tenders, project acquisition, business development initiatives, and other commercial activities when required.

• Attend client meetings, technical discussions, industry exhibitions, seminars, and business events.

• Travel to different industrial areas and project sites as required for business development and client servicing.
