Key Responsibilities:
Develop and train field personnel to become skilled and competent Technical Service Providers.
Provide technical assistance to farmers, including disease identification, treatment recommendations, biosecurity practices, disease prevention, and guidance on modern aqua farming techniques.
Develop and conduct training programs for field teams, as well as organize meetings and seminars for Aqua prescribers, farmers, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
Analyze competitors’ activities and provide regular updates on new products, market developments, customer needs, and promotional strategies.
Enhance brand visibility and market presence through frequent visits to Aqua prescribers, consultants, farmers, and other key stakeholders.
