Unicorn Properties Ltd. is seeking dynamic, result-driven, and energetic male professionals for the role of Executive - Business Development. The primary focus of this position is conducting extensive market visits to identify prospective buyers, gather real estate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular market and field visits to build direct, face-to-face rapport with potential clients.
Proactively identify target demographics, collect high-quality leads, and build a reliable client database.
Engage in cold calling, relationship networking, and on-field property marketing activities.
Drive results diligently to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Prepare and submit regular field activity reports, lead pipelines, and updates to management.
Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team on promotional strategies and events.
