Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned yearly sales targets for cleaning and facility management services.

• Generate new leads through direct visits, calls, referrals, and digital channels.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, commercial, and residential clients.

• Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and prepare service proposals and quotations.

• Coordinate with operations and supervisors to ensure smooth service delivery after sales closure.

• Follow up with existing clients for contract renewal and upselling of additional services.

• Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and monthly sales reports.

• Support marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, and branding initiatives.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client concerns professionally.

• Revenue Target: Achieve annual sales revenue as assigned by management.

• New Client Acquisition: Onboard a targeted number of new clients per year.
