✔ Ability to prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.

✔ Experience with HRIS/ERP software will be considered an advantage.

Skills
The HR In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative activities, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation processes.
✔ Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel documentation.
✔ Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company HR policies.
✔ Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures.
✔ Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development programs.
✔ Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and organizational documentation.
✔ Monitor office administration and support day-to-day operational activities.
✔ Coordinate training and employee engagement initiatives.
✔ Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
✔ Work closely with management to improve organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
