- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context
Irving Group is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Accounts Intern to join its Finance & Accounts team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting operations, financial record keeping, documentation, and ERP-based accounting systems while working in a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and review bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Perform vouching by examining supporting documents, validating accounting entries, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
- Maintain proper filing systems and organize financial records, vouchers, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Assist in preparing payment vouchers, journal vouchers, debit vouchers, credit vouchers, and other accounting records.
- Support daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial documentation activities.
- Assist in maintaining accounting ledgers and updating financial information in the company's ERP or accounting software.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal control standards.
- Provide support during internal and external audits by organizing and preparing required financial documents.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify financial information when necessary.
- Perform any other Finance & Accounts-related responsibilities assigned by the department or management.
