Ziska Pharmaceuticals Limited, a reputed pharmaceutical company in Bangladesh, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Officer, Store & Order Management for its newly launched venture, Fair Price Super Market.
Job Location: Shofipur, Gazipur
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including product receiving, inspection, storage, stock movement, and inventory handling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using POS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
- Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements to minimize stock-outs, excess inventory, and operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, warehouse personnel, and outlets to ensure timely availability and distribution of products.
- Receive incoming products by verifying quantities, product quality, expiry dates, batch numbers, and relevant delivery documents.
- Ensure proper product arrangement based on category, designated shelf locations, FIFO/FEFO practices, and established retail standards.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, damaged, defective, and expired products and prepare necessary reports for appropriate action.
- Process and maintain purchase orders, sales orders, stock transfer requests, delivery notes, and other relevant order-related documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and outlet teams to ensure smooth and timely movement of products.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile differences between system records and actual stock quantities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory status, stock movement, replenishment, and order management.
- Maintain organized records of goods receiving, inventory reports, product returns, supplier documents, stock transfers, and other store-related activities.
