Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Respond to and appropriately direct phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
Schedule and confirm appointments while supporting smooth and organized clinic operations.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information whenever necessary.
Provide patients with clear information regarding hospital services, policies, and procedures.
Assist and guide patients throughout the test preparation process.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
Prepare and process patient bills accurately and efficiently.
Receive and process patient payments through cash, credit card, and online payment methods.
Ensure all required patient information and records are properly completed.
Maintain appropriate logs for all payments received.
Accurately post received payments to the respective patient accounts.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist in managing accounts receivable.
