This position focuses on high-ticket, relationship-driven sales of a unique asset class combining real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle investments rather than traditional plot sales. We are building an ambitious, sharp, and highly professional sales team capable of delivering consultative engagement to a discerning client base from the initial call to the final site visit.
Key Responsibilities
The specialist manages the entire sales process for Forest Eco Resort fractional ownership units independently from initial lead engagement through negotiation to closing.
The professional converts assigned and self-managed leads through structured follow-ups, site visits, and consultative presentations that align with the company's premium brand standards.
The representative maintains exceptional presentation, articulate communication, and a high-end tone across all in-person, phone, and written client interactions.
The executive engages confidently with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients while managing objections and negotiations independently.
The team member represents the company during site visits, client meetings, and investor events to reinforce institutional credibility.
The contributor provides valuable market feedback and closing insights to help refine sales strategies as the team grows.
