Visa Take is looking for a passionate, results-driven, and student-focused Senior Counselor to join its growing team in Dhaka. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students throughout their international education journey, providing expert advice on career planning, university selection, admissions, documentation, and visa procedures while ensuring a seamless and rewarding student experience.
✔ Communicate with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms to understand their study abroad goals.
✔ Provide professional counselling to students and parents on international education opportunities, admission requirements, and study destinations.
✔ Evaluate students' academic qualifications, career objectives, financial capacity, and personal preferences to recommend suitable universities, programs, and countries.
✔ Guide students through the complete admission process, including university selection, application preparation, document submission, and offer acceptance.
✔ Explain admission criteria, tuition fees, scholarship opportunities, application timelines, and student visa requirements in a clear and professional manner.
✔ Collect, review, verify, and organize academic and supporting documents to ensure accurate and complete application submissions.
✔ Assist students in preparing high-quality CVs, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and other required application documents.
✔ Complete and submit applications through university and institutional online portals while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
✔ Monitor the progress of student applications and provide timely updates regarding admissions, offer letters, documentation, and visa processing.
✔ Coordinate closely with the admissions, documentation, and compliance teams to ensure efficient processing and timely completion of all application requirements.
✔ Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, counselling sessions, applications, supporting documents, follow-up communications, and admission status.
✔ Build and maintain strong professional relationships with students, parents, partner universities, and institutional representatives to deliver an exceptional counselling experience.
✔ Achieve assigned counselling, application, and enrolment targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
✔ Deliver end-to-end support to students—from the initial consultation through admission confirmation and student visa processing—ensuring a smooth and successful overseas education journey.
