Job Context

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven, and experienced Sales & Marketing Leader to drive business growth, expand market presence, and lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, leading business development initiatives, strengthening brand positioning, and achieving sustainable revenue growth across the company's real estate and investment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure effective collaboration and aligned business execution.

✔ Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, market presence, and business growth.

✔ Lead the sales of company shares and real estate projects while achieving revenue, profitability, and market expansion objectives.

✔ Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, corporate partners, and other stakeholders by understanding their investment and property requirements.

✔ Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market segments to drive sustainable business growth.

✔ Guide customers throughout the sales process, including property presentations, site visits, negotiations, documentation, and successful deal closures.

✔ Coordinate closely with the Marketing Team to maximize the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, lead generation, and customer acquisition activities.

✔ Ensure all sales and marketing initiatives align with the company's vision, strategic objectives, and long-term business goals.

✔ Participate in business planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes.

✔ Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business risks and growth opportunities.

✔ Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, corporate events, and branding initiatives across online and offline channels.

✔ Collaborate with creative teams to develop brochures, presentations, digital marketing content, sales materials, and brand communication assets.

✔ Conduct comprehensive market research and customer behavior analysis to support strategic marketing and sales decisions.

✔ Build and maintain strategic partnerships with media agencies, vendors, corporate organizations, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders.

✔ Manage sales and marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

✔ Monitor sales performance, campaign effectiveness, lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and other key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing continuous improvements based on data-driven insights.

✔ Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams through coaching, performance management, and professional development initiatives.

✔ Prepare regular business reports, sales forecasts, marketing performance analyses, and strategic recommendations for Management.

✔ Perform any other sales, marketing, business development, or strategic management responsibilities assigned by the Management.
