  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bengali is required for this role.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for our IPTSP, A2P SMS, and Call Center Solutions. You will be responsible for finding new corporate clients, presenting technical solutions, creating proposals, and hitting monthly sales targets. Candidates with a background in Telecom or IT sales are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • To find and onboard new corporate clients for IP Telephony (IPTSP), A2P SMS, and Call Center solutions.

  • To promote Bulk SMS, voice broadcasting, press-1 campaigns, and integrated SMS and voice platforms.

  • To present and sell Call Center Solutions, including IP PBX, CRM integration, Auto Dialers, and IVR systems.

  • To explain the technical aspects of SMS delivery, including routing, masking, delivery reports, and compliance rules.

  • To market and sell cloud-monitored Biometric Attendance and Access Control Systems.

  • To prepare tailored presentations, quotes, and business proposals for government and private sector clients.

  • To coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations, deployment plans, and post-sales support.

  • To hit monthly or quarterly sales targets and track client communication using CRM software.

  • To monitor market trends and competitor activities to help shape company pricing strategies.

  • To manage a healthy sales pipeline and regularly submit progress reports to management.
