• Identify, recruit, and expand the dealer network in accordance with the company's policies and business objectives.

• Conduct regular visits to dealers and customers to collect sales orders and ensure timely submission through the appropriate channels.

• Coordinate with feed mills or depots to ensure the timely delivery of products to dealers and customers.

• Manage credit control and outstanding collections in compliance with the company's credit policies.

• Ensure timely recovery of receivables by maintaining regular communication with dealers and effectively reducing overdue balances.

• Monitor farm operations on a regular basis and prepare accurate reports for submission to the relevant management.

• Achieve assigned sales targets while actively contributing to market expansion and business growth.

• Carry out regular market surveys to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities, and submit reports to the head office.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management that are aligned with the organization's objectives and the responsibilities of the position.
