The System Operator (SAP)/Supervisor maintains accurate warehouse transaction records within SAP/ERP systems, supports overall inventory management, and ensures system stock levels strictly align with physical operations.
Process warehouse transactions accurately within SAP/ERP systems, including Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and Stock Transfers.
Maintain up-to-date system inventory records and generate SAP/Excel-based operational and inventory reports.
Support stock reconciliation between physical inventory and system data, participating in regular counting and periodic closing activities.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies while maintaining digital records and documentation.
Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports for timely submission to management.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate data entry and communicate system issues to supervisors.
Adhere to company SOPs, data entry standards, and confidentiality guidelines to maintain data integrity and operational discipline.
