The role focuses on providing timely technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and maintaining high service standards to support IT-enabled services and managed service (MSP) operations. Key Responsibities:
Served as the first point of contact for IT support by resolving technical issues for employees and clients in a timely and professional manner.
Installed, configured, and troubleshot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment.
Monitored and maintained LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Installed, updated, and maintained operating systems, antivirus software, and business applications across the organization.
Monitored IT infrastructure to identify and resolve potential issues before they impacted system performance.
Coordinated with external vendors for hardware maintenance, repairs, and technical support services.
Managed user account setup, system access, and IT support during employee onboarding and offboarding.
Maintained technical documentation, identified recurring issues, and contributed to process improvements and self-service resources.
